StarHatch Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the StarHatch game (“the game”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is made by WEEBA15 LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16684065), which is the data controller. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration reference ZC063277). Questions or requests: privacy@hivefixa.com.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID).
2. Notifications
If you allow them, the game shows reminders (for example when your energy is full or your daily spin is ready). They are scheduled on your device, not sent from our servers. You can turn them off in the game’s Settings or in your device settings.
3. How we use and share information
- We use the information above only to run, save, secure and improve the game, keep chat safe, and answer support requests.
- Our game server (EzCloud, operated by us) stores the data on servers rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (European Union).
- We share information only with service providers who help us run the game (hosting; Apple and Google for sign-in and payments), when the law requires it, or to protect players from abuse.
- We never sell personal information and never use it for advertising.
4. Other players and chat
Your display name, clan name, messages, country and scores are visible to other players. Please don’t share personal details in names or chat. Names and chat are filtered for offensive words. You can report or block players in the game; we review reports and may remove content and suspend accounts that break our rules.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and save while you play. Gameplay statistics are kept for up to 24 months. Reports are kept only as long as needed to deal with repeat abuse. If you delete your account, your account, save, clan membership and chat messages are deleted straight away; backups roll off within 30 days. Purchase records (product and date, never card details) are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. Step-by-step: delete your account.
6. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also email us.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or to correct it, by emailing privacy@hivefixa.com.
- If you are in the UK or the EU you have rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR, including to object and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO, ico.org.uk). Our legal bases are: performing our service to you (saving progress, clans, purchases) and our legitimate interest in improving and securing the game and keeping chat safe.
7. Children
StarHatch is a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than the game needs to work, and we do not use it for advertising. If you believe a child has shared personal information (for example in chat), contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and change the date at the top. Important changes will also be shown in the game.
