Delete your StarHatch account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open StarHatch and go to the map.
2. Tap the Settings (gear) button.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm twice. You need an internet connection.

Your account is deleted straight away and the game starts fresh on this phone.

Without the game

Email support@hivefixa.com with the subject “Delete my StarHatch account”. Include your player ID if you have it (Settings → Account) or the Google account you linked. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your game account and its ID, and the link to your Google account
• Your cloud save: level progress, stars, gems, boosters, kingdom and collections
• Your profile, display name, clan membership and clan chat messages
• Your duel and tournament scores and the gifts you sent

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (which product was bought and when, with no card details) are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it.
• Reports you made about other players, or that others made about you, are kept only as long as needed to deal with abuse.
• Gameplay statistics that are no longer linked to you are kept for up to 24 months.
• Server backups roll off within 30 days.

Payments themselves are handled by Google Play or the App Store; ask them about refunds.
